2. Selection, handling, storage, germination and dormancy of seeds
3. Soil substrates and containers, sterilization
4. Introduction in asexual plant propagation – Cultivar, clone, adventitious rooting
5. Propagation by cuttings
6. Propagation by grafting and budding
7. Techniques of grafting and budding
8. Micropropagation
9. Propagation by specialized vegetative organs
10. Propagation by layering, suckers and plant division
11. The importance of plant propagation material
12. Nursery production of horticultural propagation material
